Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:
- If the item is defective or we made an error: we cover the return shipping cost.
- If you are returning for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind): the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
